Step 1: Open Teams Module
From the left navigation panel, click on the Teams icon.
Step 2: Navigate to Timers
Within Teams, select the Timers section to view active and idle members.
Step 3: Track Active Members
Review members currently working on tasks under Active Members.
Check project, task name, assigned by, actual hours, and estimated time.
Step 4: Check No Activity Members
Scroll down to view members not assigned or working.
Use this information to redistribute work.
Step 5: Apply Filters/Search
Use the Filter and Search options to quickly find specific tasks, members, or projects.
Step 6: Analyze Workload
Compare actual hours logged versus estimation to evaluate efficiency and workload balance.
