When you click on a lead entry, the system opens the Lead Details View, which displays all important information about that specific lead. This page helps users get a complete view of the lead’s associated company, ongoing deals, and related notes — all in one place.
Go to Sales Module → Leads Section, and click on any lead listed in the table to open its detailed view.
Company Details Tab
Displays information about the company linked to the lead, including company name, contact details, and industry. It helps you understand the organization associated with that lead.
Deals Tab
Shows all deals connected to the selected lead. You can view deal names, stages, budgets, and owners, making it easy to track ongoing or past sales opportunities related to the lead.
Notes Tab
Allows users to view or add notes for the lead. This is useful for recording conversations, follow-ups, meeting updates, or any important information to assist in the sales process.
The Lead Details View gives users a quick and organized overview of each lead. By grouping company data, deals, and notes in one place, it saves time, improves communication, and helps sales teams make informed decisions while following up with potential customers.
