How to create key results ?

After creating an Objective:

1. Open the Objective you just created.

2. Click on Add Key Result.

3. Fill in:

• Key Result Title : What needs to be measured (e.g., Increase Sales by 20%).

• Target Value & Current Value : Define starting and desired outcomes.

• Owner : Assign who is responsible for this Key Result.

• Timeline : Match with the Objective’s timeline.

4. Save it. The Key Result will appear under the Objective.
