Check -IN
The system records the check-in time.
The status is marked as "Present".
The employee will see a message like "Check-in successful".
This time will be used to calculate the total working hours for the day
Break
During the workday, if an employee takes a break (like lunch or a short rest), they can mark it in the system using the “Break” option.
The employee clicks on the “Start Break” button.
The system records the break start time.
A message is shown: "Break started successfully."
During this time, the system pauses the working hours.
When the employee returns, they click on “End Break” to continue their working time.
Checkout
At the end of the workday, the employee needs to check out from the system to mark the completion of their working hours.
The employee clicks on the “Check-Out” button.
The system records the check-out time.
A confirmation message appears: "Check-out successful."
The system then calculates the total working hours for the day, excluding any break time.
The attendance for the day is saved and marked as complete.
Other Options
By using filter options like employee name, designation, department, month, and year, users can easily view the attendance records of their employees.
User can able to check their employee attendance applying the multiple options such as Today/Yesterday/this week/last 2 weeks/this month/last month/custom
