First of all, send an invitation to the employee. While sending initiation to the new user, make sure to fill in all the employee details correctly, including their “First Name”, "Last name”, “Email ID”, “Date of Joining”, “Phone number”, “Employee ID”, “Department”, “Reporting Manager”, “Designation”, & “User Role”.
Once all the information is entered properly, kindly send the invitation to the employee. Every invitee will receive an email with the link to complete registration.
