Create new projects and assign them to teams or departments Set project goals, deadlines, and milestones Assign a project manager or owner Track the overall progress and status (e.g., Not Started, In Progress, Completed) We can able to track all task status update for each employees Add related documents, discussions, and updates How to Add a Project To add a new project in the system, follow the steps below: Steps: Navigate to the "Add Project" Section Go to the Work Module and click on “Add Project”. Enter Project Details Fill in all the required project information: Project Short Code – A short unique code for quick reference Project Name – The full name of the project Start Date – When the project begins End Date – When the project is expected to finish Project Category – Select the category/type of the project Client – Choose or enter the client associated with the project Project Lead – Assign a person responsible for the project Summary – Write a brief overview of the project Notes – Add any additional notes if needed Project Members – Select team members who will work on the project Currency – Choose the currency for budgeting Project Budget – Enter the overall budget for the project Estimated Time – Add the estimated hours or days to complete the project Attachments – Upload any related files or documents (optional) Save the Project After filling in all the details, click on the “Save” button. Result: The project will be created and added to the project list. All assigned members will be notified. We can now start assigning tasks and tracking progress.
